The William Walker Memorial Tour

Follow a pair of the Wild Hogs, Woody and Grizzly, as they take to the roads again, sadly now, without Dudley (Bill) who passed away from a heart attack in February. This time Woody and Grizzly are taking to the roads of Europe, on The William Walker Memorial Tour (formerly The Hogs of War Tour). Visiting trenches, battlefields, forts, cemeteries, concentration camps, historic villages and beaches, the pair will ride through six countries and cover around 2700 miles in just 3 weeks.

5 left to book

Have managed to get a few more hotels booked today, including one I particularly liked the look of, a farmhouse near Le Mans, run/owned by an English couple. Booking.com had said no vacancies but I took the chance and emailed. The lady, Tina, came back to me to say we could have the annexe, that has its own entrance and twin en-suite bedrooms. They even do an evening meal with complimentary wine. Result! Hoping that I can get the others booked up tomorrow, once we get into August and hopefully, they will start to appear on the website that far ahead.
